In order to further standardize the construction of smart construction sites in Shandong and improve the level of smart management on construction sites, on October 23, the Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development held a press conference on the "Technical Standards for Smart Construction Sites" (hereinafter referred to as the "Standards"). Wang Runxiao, a member of the Party and deputy director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, interpreted the main content of the Standards in detail and answered questions from reporters.
It is reported that the Standard was prepared by Shandong Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Center in conjunction with Tsinghua University, inviting CAE Member as expert consultants, together with more than 70 well-known experts from supervision institutions, construction enterprises, research institutes, industry associations, etc., and will be implemented on September 1, 2024.
For the smart construction site supervision platforms already established in various cities, they should be upgraded and improved according to the requirements of the "Standards". In the 'Standard', the interface universal rules, signature rules, and file upload rules for each module and application scenario have been unified, breaking down transmission path barriers and data information silos to ensure data interconnection and interoperability at all levels.
