The result is universal throughout the province! Construction enterprises in our province are included in the unified credit evaluation

Recently, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Credit Evaluation Measures for Construction Enterprises in Shandong Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which will come into effect on June 1, 2025.

According to the requirements of building a unified national market, the "Measures" implement dynamic evaluation for construction enterprises engaged in housing construction and municipal infrastructure engineering construction activities within the administrative area of Shandong Province, relying on the provincial construction credit evaluation system, and uniformly release the credit evaluation results of construction enterprises, which are universally applicable throughout the province.

The Measures stipulate that enterprise credit information includes basic information, good credit information, and bad credit information, with a total of 21 good information bonus points and 22 bad information deduction items. The evaluation results of the enterprise are ranked from high to low in five credit levels: AAA, AA, A, B, and C. AAA, AA, and A are categories of integrity and compliance, B is category of minor dishonesty, and C is category of general dishonesty.
